This is a great and intersting thread. Proves there's more than one way to lose weight/get in shape but there is ONE constant, you have to burn more cals than you take in. Simple not easy. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! Thanks for sharing. Scott P, WAY TO GO!
Started going back to the gym a few weeks ago. Up until now just riding a stationary bike(until I about puke,get dizzy, or fall off ) and walking on a treadmill for 45 minutes.Although I can't make a very tight fist with my left hand I'm going to start some kind of resistant/weight lifting program using free weights and or machines depending on my capabilities.I too need to drop some serious pounds.
