random black/brown spots on paint...

I have these random black/brown colored spots on my Silver3, I have allready tried Claybar and SSR2 but neither helped.. any ideas?
You cannot really see them unless your looking close or at the right light..

Doing it all by hand.

Can you feel the spots? They may be "rail dust" which is lwhen metal particles embed into the paint. They then rust and cause paint problems. You may need a more aggressive clay.

I can feel them with my nail, I have a more aggressive clay and it didnt help
Or I am just doing something wrong lol.

Have you tried going more slowly? The only other thing I've heard of is a decontamination kit, but I haven't tried any, so I don't know if they work or not.

Hard to tell from you pictures but this is what I'd try ... 1) Pro Polish as is can chemically clean better than mechanically. 2) Bath with APC full strength to strip the vehicle of anything on it 3) lastly you can use Spray & Rinse as an acid bath, but then wash again with shampoo and do not get the Spray & Rinse on plastic cowl or windshield unless the are wet already and do not let it dwell on those areas. :wink:
