EX-P over Polish w/Carnauba what to do--help winter approach

I was shipped Poorboy's Polish with Carnauba instead of the Professional Polish. I had intentions of applying several layers of EX-P once I finished with the polish. I was wondering if I would get good adhesion if I applied the EX-P over the Polish w/Carnauba. As of now, I only used the Polish w/Carnauba. I figured I would wash the car with some Dawn to strip the wax from the surface. I hate to do this since the Polish w/Carnauba left the car looking amazing; however, I want some added protection for the winter. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Oh, I am in NJ, so I do not have much time to get this done. Only a few more 60 degree days left before the freeze.

You can use EX-P over the Polish w/ Carnauba with no problem and yes PwC does leave a really nice looking finish by itself and does have good protection too
