Dwell time for PB APC

How long can one let PB APC dwell (and at what dilution) on textured surfaces like plastic/rubber mats?

I am looking for times in minutes not seconds.

As long as you would like at the dilution ratio of 15:1 (water:APC)

At full strength I spray and wipe, or spray and scrub .... you would have to test to be sure that there would be no color fastness for extended periods of time (It should not be allowed to dry as well)
