Best choice for rubber and plastic engine detailer ??

I have a problem. My engine was previously detailed with a Acrylic enamel sprayed on finish on everything -- I do mean everything. It looks good in some places and in others it doesn't. No idea how to clean or pre-treat it before using whatever product you would usually recommend for this. I want a no silicone, totally grease free product to shine, and protect under the hood hoses, plastic, etc.

I dont understand the question.

Vac out the leaves. Wipe it down with APC. Dress appropriate peices with Natural Look. Painted areas with Spray n Gloss.
