Applying Thin Coat

Can pads ever apply as thin a coat as by hand loving my LC pads, although I have traditionally only applied cut products by pad.

I personally think machine application is much easier getting a thin and more uniform coat. Biggest problem is when the surface is intricate (lots of nooks and various types of surfaces-especially when some of the surfaces should not have wax applied to them).

It was about enabling longevity as you say those bigger flat areas, I only do a few cars.
