Looking for some suggestions on how to get these spots out? I've tried a few things with zero results.

sometimes they don't come out ...that's why they are stains

ok ..if you haven't tried APC, try it with a stiff nylon interior brush and really scrub the whole seat

They must be permanent. I'll just use a can of flat black paint.... lol
