We had a great turnout this weekend with races, wildest rooster tails, fastest pontoons, grudge races and all kinds of shiny gel and paint. And of course I was representing Poorboy's with the brightest and shiniest!! ;-)

The gray paint literally glowed in the mucky colored water.

Wow!!!!!!!!! I haven't seen that many squirt boats since the 70's. Thanks for sharing, I really miss that scene. Here's a pic of the Pachanga I had back in the day. It's a stock picture but exactly the same as mine was. It wasn't as fast as the low profile rigs but with 21º of deadrise in the hull it ran through any and all chop wide open.......never even spilled a beer. The faster shallow vee low profile rigs got their brains beat out as I went blowing past them in rough water. Revenge was sweet.

Wow...what a cool picture!! That looks like a great boat and some serious deadrise! This is another boat that I'm looking at and it also has a nice "V" to it.
