EX Sealant Question

I will be using EX Sealant on a black tuck that my buddy doesn't want me to polish (I'm not happy about that) so I will also be using Natty's Black afterwards. My question is: Is there a cure time before applying the Natty's Black that I would have to wait or can I do it right after wipe off of Sealant?
Which also leads me to another question that I didn't even know I had, once the sealant has hazed over, could I just apply the wax over that and not buff off until the wax has hazed? I seem to remember someone saying this, but I cant recall if it was a wax and sealant combo or just 2 layers of wax.

Thanks

personally i would just do 3 coats of EX and save the Natty's black for a vehicle that is going to be prepped correctly. The EX will do a great job hiding swirls and imperfections .. just give an hour between coats and make sure the last one stays dry for 24-36 hours ...

Are the wait times the same for polish w/sealant (PwS) as they are for the EX.
