For an AIO I've really been liking PwS. Always trying to learn new things, and think outside the box, so I tried it on some gelcoat. To my knowledge this was safe to try, I've had gelcoats so oxidized they would take on the polish/compound color, after some test spots this boat was okay to use it on.
For how oxidized this gelcoat was, I normally recommend for clients that I start with PP2 or if needed mastercut. Under halogen lighting there were some spots that did need heavier compounding, this was really pushing the aggressive limits of PwS, I used it with a 100% wool pad on a rotary.
This was just to show how versatile the product is, I would say it's not exactly recommended for what I did. It's baby gentile on cured and semi cured clear coats, and can even show some muscle when needed.
