What do you guys think? When to use SSR2.5 instead of SSR2.0?? Is it a must to use SSR1 after these or is Prof. Polish fine? I thought the SSR1 and PP was about the same??

SSR2 is a "strong finishing polish" compared to SSR2.5, which would be a medium correction polish, by comparison.
SSR1 isn't required after each, as PP should suffice.
SSR1 is abrasive (mild) and PP is a chemical (non-abrasive) polish.

Can SSR2.5 be broken down enough to folllow up with PP or should I follow up with 2.0 then PP?

It can be. The extra step may give you a better finish, as you may be polishing a little more thoroughly, but otherwise one can go from 2.5 to PP.

Bigleegr hit this one right on the head ...some people who have mastered the use of SSR2.5 can go straight to a glaze or LSP :D
