What to use on touch up paint spot

I have a small pea size touch up paint spot on door. The touch up paint is OEM black, but looks dull and noticeable after it dried. Need something that would put some gloss into it, would Black Hole or something else work?

after using the paint, you need to lightly sand it down and then apply clearcoat. the clearcoat is what will bring out the shine and gloss... basecoat(which is the color) is supposed to be dull :wink:
