what products and order for black boat

i live in Georgia with high heat and humidity. I have a 2004 Four Winns Vista 298 30 foot boat with black hull with slight oxidation or a haze in a couple of areas. I am in search of the best system to keep my boat protected and looking good. Also, help with preventing water spots. Please some advice.

Is there any prior steps in order to do a complete detail on the boat or will the PwC eliminate the haze and should i apply by hand or with Porter Cable. I would really like to get this boat to like new condition and then keep it that way.

It should not require more steps ..you can get better results with the PC vs by hand .. it will be easy to maintain afterwards
