I have some natural look on the way and am wondering if it it good for the steering wheel ?

I do get sweaty palms sometimes, and the steering wheel becomes oily , sticky after a while.

will natural look be up to the cleaning and protecting ?

and is it matt and non grease finish ?
no one loves oily steering wheels and dash,,...

It's not up to Armor All status in the greasy category, that's for sure, but it has a bit of shine. You can lower it by buffing it afterwards or wiping it with a damp rag.
I've used it to clean some "more than mild" grime off various other plastic parts and I've found that it works on tougher stuff pretty well if you give it some dwell time.
That said, I have a fear of slippery steering wheels, so I typically use just a mild dilution of APC and if it seems "dry," I might apply a diluted dressing, but I ensure that it's fully buffed and not slippery afterwards.

also just put some on a cotton towel and buff vigorously .. this will clean and leave it very dry

Is your steering wheel leather or plastic? I have a leather wrapped wheel and I use NL with a red CCS foam applicator from Lake Country and there's never any residue afterward. NL dries to a smooth, non-greasy finish when you apply it in small amounts. I don't even have to buff afterward.
