Wet look

I would like to try Nattys. Not sure which one to use, the paste or liquid. Does anyone have an opinion on which one would give me the deepest and wettest shine? I want the ultimate wet look. The paint is red an in good condition. I'm going to start with EX.

I have to say I like paste better myself, but I use the liquid more often ( application is much quicker ).

This is just an opinion from trying both a few times.

With red, if you are going with the layer look, I don't know if you would want to layer in Black Hole or White Diamond. I am doing a test fender on my Dark Stone F150 where I am layering in WD instead of BH, and I think it makes the paint look a bit more gray rather then closer to UPS brown that Black Hole does. I am using Natty's red for this test.

I would think Natty's Blue and White Diamond ??? Wait and see what one of the other members with more experience than myself have to offer.

Just to me the WD gives more POP to the color
BH gives a deeper depth and darker look.

For the wet look I'd go with Natty's Red after the EX. A minimum of 3 Reds and your car will be dripping. Just my opinion.

My car is dark green & i use a combination of SSR1 for the inital polish, then switch to Black Hole followed by 2-3 coats of Natty's red. The results are outstanding  very deep & very very wet 8)

This sounds like what I want. Is Natty's red sun or shade well? Thanks for your opinion. :smt048

Thanks, one more thing. What is the best thing to use to clean the paint after a long harsh winter? Would EX be ok? Or should I brick it.

If I were starting a detail and doing a multi-step process, i would either do an APC wash or polish w/ Professional Polish after a wash
