Hi, I am looking to do a spring detail of my 2008 Alpine White BMW 335i. I am not obsessive about my detail but just looking for a decent shine and more importantly protection and upkeep of the paint. I am somewhat of a newbie in this whole detailing thing but have been reading through alot of forums trying to learn. Anyways I was hoping for someone's help in what products I will need and briefly describe the differences between glazes, sealants, and wax. Cheers.

I'm guessing if you are new then you are going to work by hand....
First i would use either Professional polish or Polish w/ Sealant if you want to save a step. Then you can use a Glaze to hide small imperfections and bring a little more gloss to the finish. or if you used the PwS you could stop right there. After the Glaze you can either top it with a Sealant like EX-P or a wax like Natty's or Natty's Red. Sealants are brighter, waxes are warmer.
