IMHO I don't think that PB PP with Orange LC is the right combo, that is a heavier cut pad with a lighter polish.
I use PB PP usually with a White Lake. That is the work horse pad if you ask me.
SSR1 on a Green using a DA (PC) will will give you good results pending the problem area. Hard to really diagnose without seeing it.
Can you feel the bumps? What about clay, have you used that yet?
A good detail always begins based with this base line

Polish, paint correct
Seal
