Does pb's bug squash remove wax or sealant when used on hoods or bumpers? I know all the products out on the market for bug & tar remover say something like "apply sealant or wax to area after use." so I was wondering if pb's bug squash is the same as all the others and I would need to apply sealant/wax after use I’m planning to use the product as a pre-soak and front end bug remover in full straight and dilution of 3:1 with water.

I can't say definitively, but the general consensus is that it is pretty mild on most LSP's. Now, that's not to say that there aren't some "delicate" LSP's that may not stand up to it so well, but in general, most people using it have not found it to disintegrate the LSP.

As stated, I have found it to be pretty mild when used diluted. Full strength (which I have not really used on paint much) I would imagine would degrade LSP somewhat.

thanks for the reply on this post i'm just going to play it safe and use a spray wax/sealant to the areas where i've used pb's bug squash. right now i'm using wolfgang sealant and the spray sealant to boost it. once i run out i'm for sure changing over to pb's ex-p sealant and topping it off with natty blue. :?: by the way what is the cure time for pb's ex-p sealant?how durable is ex-p sealant? what is the cure time for natty blue? how durable is natty blue?

Drying time for both is pretty quick. Not wipe on/off, but you don't need to do the whole car first (although you can if you want to).
Natty's doesn't need to cure, so if you wanted to top it with another coat right away, you could.
EX and EX-P should be allowed 24-72 hours to cure before topping, depending on humidity etc.
