It's been a while, so time to do a few updates:

Burnt Ends from a brisket cook for the Fourth of July. They were so good. I call them Meat Candy or Bon Bons for Men.

18 lb Roasted Turkey, that last of my $0.25/lb Thanksgiving specials:

The lack of pictures is disturbing.

These our from my first BBQ Cook Off. The Buddha Belly BBQ team did not take home any awards, but we did finish 12th out of 96 teams for our Open category entry.

Open Category - BBQ Gator Uramaki Sushi Rolls - A pure creation of mine and will be entered again.

Chicken Category -

Spare Ribs -

Brisket - Completely over-cooked. Will have to do better next time.
