Need help deciding on PB products to use...

Alright...I finally paid off my student debt, and saved up enough money to pay off my truck and get myself my first corvette. I have a 2005 dark blue gmc sierra crew cab, with some minor swirls on it, and just got a 2008 corvette which I ordered in Black last year, and when it came it, had it taken apart and painted navy blue with only 4 kms on it.

I want to know what PB Products I should be looking at, what order to apply them, the appropriate CCS Lake Country pad to use, and what setting to use on my PC 7424.

I was thinking of getting SSR (not sure which one), Pro Polish, Black Hole, and Ex Sealant with Carnuba, and a big jug of QD. Also wouldn't mind a good all in one product I can apply once a month to my truck in the winter months up here in Canada.

Any help would be great!

Thanks,

Joe

Congrats on the Vette :smt023

order of use:

Super Slick & Suds Shampoo
Clay Bar with Spray and Wipe Lube
either SSR1 or Professional Polish (polishing or finishing pad)
EX (finishing pad)
Black Hole (finishing pad)
Natty's Blue or Red

maintain with Spray and Wipe and/ or QD+
if you use QD+ on a regular basis, the will be no need for an All in One, but if you feel the need, Polish w/ Sealant (PwS) would be a good choice and would be used with a finishing pad :D

RANDAL

RIP our Friendly Farmer
Id add Spray and Gloss which use when drying the vehichle. OH MY what a surface after that. (only after you have the surface treated wwith either sealant or wax.

will SSR 1 help get the swirls out of the truck, or should I look at something more aggressive?

no, SSR1 is a finishing polish for light marring, SSR2.5 would be best for your swirls on the truck :smt023
