losing faith with ssr

i used ssr 2.5 on my moms black car and it would leave a white haze, i tried to follow it up with ssr 1 but no difference. it would breakdown (ssr 2.5) but when i wipe it off, white haze is on it. i also tried it on my sisters silver car to remove fine scratches and yet, the scratches was still there.

sounds like you are not working it long enough or fast enough. Are you using a PC? what pad and what speed are you using it?

im using orange pad for ssr 2.5 with my pc. i actually try it on two different speeds, 5 and 6 for about 5-15 mins.

you may be working it too long ... about 3-5 minutes per pass before checking and adding more product is about where you should be... there is no way you can go 15 minutes without doing damage with a cutting pad
