lake pads

It's great that Poorboys is going to carry Lake pads. I have a question about the gold pad. The chart says that's used
for sealants and waxes. I've read on other forums tha you can use the gold pad for jeweling. Using the gold pad with
SSR1 would that give me the best possible gloss? I also have the blue and the black, should I stick with them? :? Thanks for any input. :)

I'm going to have to defer to Steve on this, as I haven't used the gold pad.

I also can't give you any info on the gold pads as we are not carrying them, but I can tell you that the red pads are about the softest pads I've ever seen and would definitely recommend using them with SSR1 for final buffing or "jeweling" :smt004

Thanks Steve, SSR1 looks great using the black pad, I'm sure stepping up to a softer pad will even get better.
Also, I just read about in the forum, about using BH or WD over Natty, then putting another coat of Natty. Now
I've already used BH, then EX, then Natty. Would doing BH again give me more metallic pop,and can it be done between
coats of LSP :?:

there is no right or wrong way and people will experiment to get the most "pop" from their finish as possible ...can I tell you that you'll get more? i don't know as I have not tried it, but go ahead and tell us how it comes out :smt004
