Concrete dust?

I have a guy coming in Thursday with an '09 Impala. He said that he got into something on the highway and it dried on the side almost like concrete splatter or dust. Anyone have any experience with something like that?

hey Tyler ... I've heard using WD40 can get it off safely. I have NOT done this myself, so you may want to wait for a few more responses.
I would also take a good look at the vehicle before quoting and leave it a bit on the open ended side just in case you run into any problems along the way.

Yeah that is what I did and the guy was totally fine with that. Look forward to hearing what everyone else thinks as well....

concrete is both caustic and abrasive............

whatever you do make sure you flood it well and use extra soap in washing and wash a couple of times.
