Super Swirl Remover for chrome plated?

Hi,

I understand that poorboy's products are mainly used for car detailing. But I have a problem which is not related to car detailing. My chrome plated faucet is many swirl marks due to using a 3M scotch brite to clean it. By the time I realise that the 3M scotch brite is too rough for my chrome plated faucet, it has already left many swirl marks there. I am therefore wondering if any of your Super Swirl Remover is able to remove those swirl marks in my faucet?

I'm not a pro, but my opinion on this would be that, no, you can't fix this. Most chrome used today is not "pure" chrome, but rather a chrome plating. It's too thin to polish with abrasives.
If you had some build up or "tarnish" I would suggest Pro Polish, but that won't help much on scuffs on the faucet.

I agree ..plating is very thin and when scratched it's permanent...
