Spray & Gloss as drying aid?

Can Spray & Gloss be wattered Down to use as drying aid or Shall it be used 100% clean ?

you can use it as drying aid as is .. just a little spritz per panel just before drying .. you will see the water try to run off the vehicle before you can wipe it
