Right products for Forester bumpers

Hello, all:

My wife's 2001 Subaru Forester has black plastic bumpers that have a flat textured finish. What's the right product to make these bumpers look good again? Normal sealants / waxes just don't work at all; they just fill up the texture with wax residue.

That would be a job for Trim Restorer. Use a foam paint brush for quick and neat application. Let it sit for an hour or so and then buff with a cotton towel.
Do not buff with microfiber as it will absorb too much product back off the bumper.
Some people with new looking bumpers use Spray & Gloss and thoroughly buff it in to maintain the new look.
