Ok I have a bottle of EX P and I am wondering if I can apply this with a 6.5" CCS Black Finishing Pad with my porter cable. If so what speed should I set it at and should i prime the pad and let EX P dry to a haze.
Yes it can be applied via PC DA polishers and finishing pads.
You can go slow, as you aren't doing any correction with this, so 3 should be the max. (You could even use speed 1 if you wanted to try it. )
