I was asked by the used car sales manager to detail a 2010 Maxima they have sold. The customer agreed to purchase the car but wanted the swirls and scratches gone and some interior touch up done. Interior Magic did the interior and drove the car into the service drive for me to look at. As I walked around the car I asked the guy from Interior Magic what all this polish splatter is on the outside, he told me they decided to fix a few problem areas, uh oh lets look and see what they did. Well someone there had a smart idea to wet sand a deep DEEP scratch that was on the driver side rear door, well their wet sanding left a lot to be desired. They also tried to compound some spots.

So before I left I washed the car in the wash bay using 3D Orange APC in a $20 snow cannon from Home Depot
Washed with a Sheepskin mitt with DG soap and Dawn mix
Pulled the car into the detail bay and went home
430am I came in and did a wipe down with ONR
Wet sanded the crap job interior magic did I used 2500 grit
Polished the vehicle using my Griots Garage DA with Meg Microfiber Cutting Disc
Switched to Buff and Shine yellow after destryoing my Microfiber pad
Sealed with DG 501/601
Used First Place Finish tire shine on tires
cleaned glass with First Place Finish glass cleaner
Wiped wheels down with ONR
Final wipe down I used Opti Seal
I started on Friday at 430am stopped at 730am for work, continued Satrurday at 430am until 7am did my final touches and wipe down when worked slowed down Saturday morning
