1998 Ford SVT Contour

A true "20 Footer", the paint has been neglected due to my military obligations but I gave her the full pb treatment last week. Big difference in some spots but others just need re painting. It has the stock 2.5L V6 SVT Engine but i've added a Vortech Blower and a fully built transmission along with other things. It's a fun car, very fun. You'll be able to tell right off the bat the places that need to be painted or are just plain messed up.

Engine bay is very dirty and not well kept. Just can't afford to dump money in this project. Prior to the detailing it had sat for almost a year with minimal driving and very little cleaning. Turned out very well, IMO.

omg that has a blower? what a sleeper :smt118 who would expect it? yes, plastic painted parts don't stay painted for very long ... but yes it does look good

Nice looking SVT Contour! Vortech makes a nice kit or sure.

The front oval is chrome that wasnt stripped correctly before paint. Another on the to-do list. The vortech kit runs like a scolded dog but was built by drunken cavemen. HORRID design but can be fixed. Been driving her for the last few weeks while my truck is in the shop and love every min. Real fun car.
